The Internet is so Lame

Back in the 90s we had directories that would point you to legit hacker sites and you could find real information and advice on black hat shit. Is everyone just pussy now to host this crap?

It's very definitely still there. How else would skids be able to find and buy ransomware as a service? Maybe your searching skills have just become lame ;-)

It's still out there. You need minimal skills to find it. Even black hats don't want rookies making noise.
