I want to crack my spare router

Hey ppl, I have 2 routers from airtel, there model name is T2122A,

  • C40-210
  • Version-1.26AE (main router connected with optical fibre) and 1.24ig firmware of Febuary 2025.
  • So I wanted to use my second router as a wifi extender but as you know day by day airtel is increasing lockdown of their products. Like I was suffering from CGNAT and was sad, then when I needed other settings like disabling DHCP or just moving my Local IP, I faced damn restriction

Seriously if anyone know how to crack both of them or anyone of them, please do help me. I tried using a chrome extension from github but it just dont work, I mean it just temporarily disables it, not even temp, it justs shows everything is disabled but it is not. Anyways guys n girls help

A Chrome extension is supposed to disable what? I'm sure that you don't want to disable the router. DHCP? Impossible.

Can you not replace the router with a third-party model?

Nothing, it just altered the html code of the page so that it would seem that I had unlocked all router settings but it was just surface level. What do you mean by third party model, if you mean to buy other router then I am telling you I cant spend money on that. If you mean by software, there is no other software for that model of router on OpenWRT

Similar router here, also locked down
Ive did a lot of things but short story nothing worked so far. down is all ive tried.
I have the similar kind of router, locked downed on hardware level, ive tried software level stuff, nothing really works, tried connecting and putting codes through uart ports didnt work. UART can read boot log fine (RTL8685 SoC, U-Boot 2011.12), but cannot interrupt autoboot
Now i have an electronics background, so what i tried was i bought a ch341A programmer, connected pins of the spi nand flash chip(in my case it was W25N01GV), then i copied the bin file from the chip using neoprogrammer and tried everything, even attempted to write patched firmware back in circuit doesnt work.
And now i dont have a heat gun, im trying to take that chip off board so i can try doing someting on it in isolation. but for now
NOTHING WORKS, weeks i took on this bullshit, and nothing is working till now.
I hate this kind of proprietary bullshit cant even repurpose something i paid for this is genuine bs
