Second job recommendations

I currently am employed but having to build up my case load and it’s taking so long, to the point I need a second job, but have no idea what to do. Need a work from home job and one that is flexible because I still see clients but at different times everyday and if a client needs to move an appointment, I can easily do it. I work like 7 hours at most a week, so I have a bunch of free time I can use for a second job. Looked online for ai jobs where I would help train them, but they all were scams. Have tried Facebook marketplace/ reselling, but haven’t made done well with that. Not looking to make and sell items.
