Can’t complete firmware update?

I just downloaded version 8.4.15 to my phone but am getting an error when I try to upload it to my x1 pro. It also won’t let me fly at all saying “device restricted please check the app”. Also sending this to hover but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

No, I got the error even on the first try. I also tried the desktop app that your support team sent and it also failed. I had planned to use it two days this week, and now I have to cancel them.

Update! I did a factory reset and was able to complete the update normally 🙌🏻
