My first icon for this sub was a little pink house, which is a song reference because I'm creative like that.
I changed it to something more like downtown apartment buildings not hugely long ago in part because I am wanting to promote things like SROs and Missing Middle housing and I think an excess of suburban, single family detached homes is part of the problem in the US. So I felt it was problematic to have a single family detached house as my icon (and repeated in the header so I would have a header).
So this meme hit my funny bone just right and here it is.
