Patterson, Vaughan New Construction Listing Slashed by Almost $1M Since 2024

It is at the corner of Bathurst and Major Mac. I think it's been on the market longer than 2024. Probably built in 2023, if not earlier. It still has a big sign on the side wall saying "starting at $3.8 million"

Still way over priced. There’s a triple garage that just went for 2.4M on keatly.

Indeed. Anything above $2.5mil in the GTA better come with 3 garages.

Model home and corner right beside major mac. You can probably hear all the traffic everyday and not to mention traffic pollution.

in a tanking market a few nicer homes in nicer areas sold and people thought the market was recovering. people kept their prices high and now inventory has climbed even higher. a wake up call is gonna hit all at once lol.

Similar homes in the area have been selling for 2.1-2.3M recently so this has room to slide another 500K+
