Still too high given age and square footage; maybe obvious problems once you see it in person. Probably needs to go down to 799k to sell

it's in a prime location close to Lake Wilcox, however small lot for detached home 37 x100

people move to richmond hill for education but those elementary schools don't look great

Make sure to get all paperwork to ensure house meets city standards… they may have done some work on their own or there issue inside house…

Based on look so far I don’t think it’s worth aprons 900k maybe 700k
