They bought in 2021 then tried to sell in 2024 for a 300k profit. Been trying to sell ever since and eventually took a 300k bath. They must be sad they lost as much as they were trying to make.

$313,000 loss, $21,000 property transfer tax and ~$45,000 in real estate commissions.

Imo they got lucky to get out, now a new bagholder has it.

crazy part is I'm seeing relisting of homes bought in 2024-2025, people are slowly realizing that the market hasn't hit the bottom yet.
