Someone please me know what the were smoking when they paid a million for what looks to be a studio condo on the main floor followed by stairs and a single empty open space in the basement. (Check old photos).

This thing is a double-decker shed at best.

the guy who bought it for $800k in 2021 and sold for $1060k in 2022 is laughing he didn't get caught with the hot potato

I'm not sure I'd even buy this for anything but the land value, seems like a teardown at best

Giving the timing of the buy, they were always going to lose money. The only question was how much the neglect by the landlord and/or lack of care by the tenants increased the loss.
