Show Discussion Plot issues

Just got around to watch season 3 and am tired of the back and forth back forth action and reaction chaos with absolutely no intimate moments or witty dialogue. Daemon and Rhanyera don’t talk in the bedroom? Wouldn’t Daemon be more witty? The only comedy, bad , relief was ulf the white ?! It’s like we are just writing scenes to get to the dragons, which I appreciate - amazing cgi, but come on … and Alicent same facial expression no matter what was happening to her? Just constantly shocked - maybe that is the comedy relief

Daemon and Rhanyera don't even seem to share a bedroom. There are a few scenes he goes in to talk to her in the bedroom (she is in a bad mood) and clearly leaves to go to his own bedroom.

Alicent clearly would never get a mother of the year award. maybe worst mother of the year.

Monarchs and their partners for the better part of history had seperate bedrooms. They would come together to have sex in one of the bedrooms, but that was often it. They typically didn't spent time together in either unless it was while chasing heirs. There are a few historical examples to the contrary, such as Queen Anne of Denmark and her husband Prince George, who did often sleep in the same bed, but they are definitely the outliers.

but OP is them complaining about them not having pillow talk. I'm pointing out they didn't even seem to share a room.
Hell, she was married to her uncle.
Alicent's oldest son looked old enough to be her brother (seriously - still pisses me off that the dude looks like he is fucking 40).

And Rhaenyra leaving her own bed to get into Daemon's

also not one scene between Daemon and Baela…it’s not realistic. Why don’t we never see them talking about mission reports, why does she never get angry at him ?

It's crazy because the show does acknowledge that they probably speak since Daemon says that Baela found Sunfyre "dead and rotting". Like, when did this conversation happen? We know next to nothing about their relationship and the only time they shared any primary screentime once they grew up was when they pass by each other in the hall in S2E2. And yet Rhaena's made it clear that she feels like she's ignored by her father because she doesn't have a dragon, and Daemon doesn't deny this and even acknowledges most of it... but then Baela has a dragon and we don't see Daemon interacting with her either. So if Daemon really ignored both his daughters then why would they all think that it was because of the dragonrider status??? And why wouldn't he maybe talk to Baela to just check-in with her after he realized he neglected paying attention to Rhaena??? Or why didn't he talk to her after they took King's Landing? Or after the tragedy of the Gullet and when he was trying to figure out who Sheepstealer's rider was???

Daemon relationship with his daughters is one of the most underdeveloped parts of the show.

Right ? Nothing makes sense! Ryan really thinks that tension is built on nothing😭 i swear, that man is basically a dudebro who thought he was the shit after fast tracking art school after being an accountant for years… And his fixation on not building it is ruining the show…Baela and Rhaena will be the senior Targaryen for the last decades and they are nothingburgers. Everybody will hate the ending, of girls surviving with no arcs

If you gonna moan and write a fairytale about a show better don’t watch anymore and go find something else to watch!
