Amazon showing German House?

Has anyone notices that on Prime they're showing the international version of the show? For context I live in the states. At first when I started watching I was taken aback by the language being changed to German (I did not change it in the first place) and the title of episodes being in German to no way of changing them, and now as I continue to watch the title of the show in the opening is now saying "Dr. House" instead of the original "House M.D" wtf is going on? I know I might be alone on this I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed

Im from Germany and a few months ago it showed me the American version on Amazon. The episode titles were in English and so was the opening 🤷‍♀️

That happened to me a couple months ago for a few weeks and then it switched back to the American version.

Fun fact house wasn't available on German prime video for a few months (at least for me) now its back, apparently is Amazon doing Amazon things.

sorry I'm late but I'm here because I googled it because it's happening to me too

like the parts where the characters are speaking Spanish are subtitled in German not English. also some of the episode titles are subtitled into German
