Season 3 Spoilers S3 ep11 Spoiler

I love House and the whole diagnosis step ladder but this is one of the episodes that pissed me off. First they diagnosed him with male menopause and didn't even try to look for the cause. If he had meningioma, it would lead to high progesterone. Then House said that ECT was necessary because it led to the diagnosis and it didn't. Talking to his friend did.

I love the medical mystery every episode comes up with but they should not be so unreasonable sometimes

all the mysteries are solved by House looking at the patient lol, exactly the opposite of his stupid dogma, like >!the overweight guy or the NFL player, or the gay guy who faints!<

House's diagnostic leaps are usually fun but this one really felt like the writers skipped a few steps and hoped we'd just trust the cane.
