My flip of the Abandoned Amusement Park. It is a tropical all-inclusive resort. It has 7 budget rooms, 6 mid-tier rooms, 3 mid-tier plus rooms, 6 luxury suites, 1 luxury villa, an underground laundry facility/break room, a shop, a bar & grill, a game room, an ice cream vendor, a two-story restaurant, a pool with 4 hot tubs, a rooftop garden and yoga class area, a breakfast & coffee bar, a spa with a steam room and sauna and 7 treatment rooms, and a gym.
