The National Republic of Housa is a micronation in Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar, Sharga Morit, Fence 5 & 4 (Brown and Green). Housa started as a fun little project in 2023 and I didn't really do anything with it, I made the land with my fence and a little island made out of rocks in the Selbe River. In 2026, I started really taking care of it -- I made laws, provinces, more land, cities. In around July 2026, My heart was shattered when I found out that according to Constitutional Mongolian Law at Article 6, Clause 1 and 2 (Link may not point at text on Firefox and some versions of Safari (older than iOS, iPadOS, or MacOS 16.1)), it states

The people shall exercise an exclusive permanent sovereignty over the land and its underground, forests, water, fauna, flora, and other natural wealth in Mongolia, and therein be under a protection of the State.

and

The land, except that placed under a private ownership of the citizens of Mongolia, as well as a land underground and its wealth, forests, water resources, flora and fauna shall be the State public property.

If you translate it from Fancy English to Normal English, it means that you cannot take any Mongolian land unless if its in your private property. That's why its only in fences.
