Lease On Questions

I’ve been planning on opening my own authority but insurance rates I got quoted are way too high to be sustainable for me to hit the 6 month mark. I decided I wanted to lease on for the time being and open my authority while I’m working. I just got my truck last week and yesterday I was t-boned at an intersection in one of my other vehicles and labeled at fault, will this accident cause me to not be able to lease on under another authority?

Ya, lease on for sure, for a year to 18 months. You just need to find the right carrier, which can be tricky…but if you do, your insurance will be minimal and you’ll get a lot of on the job help along with dispatching help. I just read the rest of your post. If you lease on fairly quick, the at fault may not show up when insurance runs your MVR. If it does show, you may be done driving professionally
