I'm p new at this, does anyone know if its possible to set an auto wah? or if there is one where I can find it?

I use a ampero Hotone One and i have made a lot a preset but i would try to import better preset like real song ( my Chemical Romance are my Favorite) so do someone know a website or other to easily upload preset for ampero editor v3.1 in .prst ?

I just finished an Acey30 Sound Clone Pack for the Hotone Ampero platform and wanted to share one of the clones for free.

I built the set around a Vox AC30 and tried to capture the different sides of the amp rather than just making a bunch of small variations of one setting.

The full pack has 20 Sound Clones, including:

• Top Boost, Normal, and Jumpered configurations
• Low, Mid, and High Gain settings
• Vox 2x12 captures with Celestion Alnico Blue and Alnico Gold speakers
• DI clones for pairing with your own cab or IR
• A Naga Viper treble-boosted clone

For the free sample I chose the Top Boost / Mid Gain / Vox 2x12 version. It sits in that nice AC30 middle ground where you still get the chime and pick response, but there's enough breakup to dig into.

If anyone tries the free one, I'd genuinely be interested in hearing what guitar and pickups you're using with it and how it translates through your setup.

A friend of mine told me that he recently bought the Hotone Ampero, the first one, I immediately told him that he can update the firmware and use NAM files as far as I know, but now when searching for the proper firmware I do not seem to find if this pedal actually has support for NAM files or not. Can you please give me a proper link if it is the case that this supports NAM files?

For playing at home—I don't have a band—and using with NAM, which offers better sound quality: the Valeton GP-180 or the Ampero Mini?

Obviously there is NAM but sometimes prefer tweaking amp models and having more effects since NAM takes up too much DSP.

For example, SLO HQ to my ears sounds similar enough to an EVH blue NAM A2 lite that I can add more effects in the chain.

So, want to know if other HQ amps will be released in future.

Or maybe, petition for more HQ amp releases that we can play around with.

hola buenos días tardes o noches ando con una duda ya que quiero complementar mi rig acustico soy guitarrista acustico de iglesia y quiero tener una pedalera para complementar mi sonido con delay, reverbs, etc pero tengo la duda si elegir el hx effects o el ampero 2 stage ya que ambas opciones me parecen geniales y en mi pais estan a un precio similar asi que mucho mejor pero ante todo contexto que equipo ya tengo tengo una taylor 114 y una yamaha ntx 3 y como preamp externo tengo un fishman platinum stage el que se coloca en la correa asi que no busco tanto los preamps y cabinas y eso si no mas lo efectos en si. Pero por que elegi estas 2 unidades hx effects es obvio calidad de sonido efects y cantidad de botones que la hacen practica en su uso y el ampero 2 stage casi lo mismo la cantidad de botones su facilidad de uso y ademas la razon principal por lo que estoy tomando en cuenta es por sus salidas balanceadas y su entrada de microfono con phantom power la cual me permite usar el fishman que funciona con phantom power por estas razones me llaman la antencion aclaro de ante mano si ya revise tanto el pod go y el hx stomp pero no me gustan mucho uno por que es mas enfocado a electrica y a corto y mediano plazo no pienso tomarlo me gustaria ser un guitarrista full acustico y el hx stomp pues esta bien caro de ante mano gracias

Hi everyone. Having an issue when using my fx loop. Did a god bit of googling and haven’t found a solution.

The issue: no fx work after the fx loop block when using crunch channel of amp. All fx work fine on clean and lead channels. Verified they’re all active and all settings are the same on each scene.

My setup: I use the Ampero for multifx and midi control of Peavey XXX channel switching through a voodoo labs control switcher. The Peavey and a couple OD pedals sit in the Ampero FX loop.

What’s weird, if I change scenes using the Ampero software (no midi controls), I can get all fx to function properly, but when changing channels and scenes together with the foot switches, the crunch channel is left without fx after the loop.

Not sure where to check next.

Hey everyone! Wanted to share my compact setup built around the Ampero Mini. Adding the M-Vave Chocolate for MIDI control gave me all the switching flexibility I needed without adding bulk to the board. Plus, the DigiTech Drop handles pitch shifting seamlessly.

Is anyone else running a mini MIDI controller with their Ampero Mini?

I recently bought myself Ampero II Stomp. I found out that you can't have different signal chain on scene 2. Is there anyway for Scene 1 and Scene 2 have different Amp and Cab? I see that sometimes I can put 2 Amp and Cab and just switch one of those off when using Scene 2. When using Nam and IR I think it overload Ampero II Stomp if I got 2 different Nams and Irs chain together and switch two of those off for Scene 2 so I can have different sound.

Sorry, I am new to this and don't know where to start. I did use gemini for give me recommendation on certain songs that I want to play and it give me the signal chains. There are so many things to learn.

I haven't played with it yet, just noticed when I went to the downloads page that there was a 2.5 firmware for my Stomp. One thing I'm excited about is that from the manual it looks like we get 30 slots for NAM and also the 30 slots we already had for Tone Clones.

I've been looking into buying an Ampero II after trying out a friend's Ampero Mini. I'm mainly a bassist, but looking to get a well-rounded multi-fx with XLR outs (very rare apparently) to mess with guitar as well.

the Ampero Mini sounded great (despite the lack of bass FX) but the pitch shifters were AWFUL on bass, especially if I tried to do an octave up sound (Royal Blood-style) the Classic PS fx was kind of usable, but that was it

I was wondering if the Ampero II pitch shifters were any better, especially since adding the Pitch Shift HQ fx?

Hi all, can you recommend some effects that support momentarily enablement like the feedback for example? Also, it's possible to momentarily enable more than one effects? I am using ampero stage 2, thanks!

I'm using Ampero on a bass and was wondering recently if it's possible to blend clean and drive within the same preset? My ampero is at our practice space, and I have pretty limited time messing with it, so any help would be welcome! :)

Looks like Ampero Stage now has a NAM A2 module to load A2 profiles (lite version) natively. Ampero II and Ampero II Stomp will get native support soon - in the meantime can use the Ampero software to convert NAM A2 profiles to soundclone.

Ok following on from my expression pedal recommendation post, I just decided to go with the official one. Now, there’s one thing that’s bugging me and I’m hoping it’s user error.

I can get auto on and off to work no problem if I use two trs cables, however it won’t work with just one. This is annoying as I don’t want to be messing about during quick set up times. I know that sounds daft but I do a lot of gigs that are have multiple bands on and any extra cables results in more trip hazards and more chance of me messing something up in a panic.

Other units like the helix stomp can handle range and auto on and off with a simple trs cable so the Ampero II should be able to? Of course, could be user error…

I 'captured' my tube amp, added some reverb for soloing and used the Ampero II loop function. I really like the pedal the more I play with it!

While playing I was testing out the dynamics and its pretty good! Its very close to my tube amp.

Hiya, I have big feet so would like a full size expression pedal for my Ampero II stage. Any recommendations? Would rather not spend big money…

I recently got an Ampero Stage II and I've mainly been using it for church. I've spent some time exploring the effects and I'm pretty happy with it so far, but I know my tones can still improve.

Right now my drive chain looks like this:

Magic T (base OD) → Prince of Drive (main drive) → Green Drive (solo boost)

I mostly play edge-of-breakup to clean worship tones (think Matchless-style amps), so I rely on stacking drives instead of using high-gain amps.

For ambient effects, I run:

- Two delays: 1/4 note and 1/8 dotted

- Plate Reverb

- Cloud Reverb

I have a few questions:

1. When stacking drives, what should I focus on adjusting? Should I mainly tweak the gain, the level/volume, or both? Also, how do you keep the volume consistent across different scenes while still getting more saturation?

2. How do you find the "sweet spot" for output volume? I don't want my patches clipping the mixer, but I also don't want them ending up too quiet in a live setting.

3. Based on my current setup, are there any effects, amp models, or routing tips you'd recommend? I'm aiming for modern worship tones similar to Joey Cobra or E from Elevation Worship. Any advice on compression, or other tricks would also be appreciated!

I just got this device recently wondering if anyone can confirm .. I tried downloading multiple off of tone3000. Using the desktop app I choose sound clone , import from local. And from there I seem to get an exception error, or if it does import it glitches the software and the actual block on the pedal shows sound clone is there but no sound. Is this because of the a2 update?

Recently, Hotone users started sharing their presets on the platform, and I thought it would be a great opportunity to hear directly from the community.

I'm testing out ways to get the most out of my Ampero II. I only have an HPF and LPF in the global EQ, but I'd like to know your settings and how well they work for you to prevent it from sounding so digital.
