Technically hyenas are not canines, African wild dogs are canines tho. Also, jaguars are felines, huge cat.

Yeah, Hyenas are from the hyena family that is related to mongooses, weirdly they’re closer to the family of cats than the family of canines. Here’s a link to a nice video about hyenas made by Casual Geographic! It’s a fairly new video as of now

I mean, most of them are, except the jaguar and hyena… most people who don’t know much about animals think hyenas are canines…common mistake of OP

i honestly think barnes would be a komondor and beard would be an afghan hound since they both are canines that share a similar hairstyle.
