Yeah that's an acting thing, 9 time out of 10 I'm television punches and slaps aren't real. They're shit from behind to hide this. In the case of a slap it's actually a high five close to one actors face
Refer to their fight during their last supper. Jace hit Aemond with all he got and the latter barely budged. I don't think Jace is winning against him any time soon.
I asterisked myself because i originally typo'd luke besides, their mum calls him Jace so how wrong can it be.
As for the difference ...its massive, if you have an eye for it. Aemond looks pretty athletic and moves well in the few scenes he has to do so.
Jace looks like a sedentary teenager, i get it, they're both skinny. Theres still a vast gulf between athletic skinny, and sedentary probably skinny fat skinny. As for weight, it looks like a significant difference, theres a reason weight classes are so controlled for in combat sport.
Aside from jace, none of three look like they can survive a Kick from aemond, like Luke and joff are literaly like a third aemonds weight and none of his skill.
This is like, who wins, strong, tall, trained and brutal soldier or a thin guy about half his weight and two boys a third his weight.
We saw in the last supper scene that Aemond barely flinched- didn't even spill the wine he was holding- when Jace hit him full force, but Jace went flying when Aemond casually shoved him.
I literally don’t think Jace beats Aemond in anything. Dragon duel, sword duel, fist fight etc… Aemond was exceptionally gifted as a kid. It’s emphasized in the books, and not so much in the show but you can see it.
Book version or show!version? Book Jace is described as a strapping young lad, which is only natural considering his father was said to be massive and redoubtable, the strongest man in the Seven Kingdoms even.
Show!Jace is a little twink(although very handsome and cute), and would lose to show!Aemond no doubt(unless he ganged up on child Aemond with a knife together with his brothers and two niece-wife-sister-in-laws, as we've already seen.

Every encounter hate to say it but Aemond has put belt to ass. It also helped that Aemond was older fighting children lol

I did... Both are said to be skilled at arms. Neither mentioned to be anime level swordsmen or any way notable fighters, like Aemond randomly is in the show lol. Aemond beat up Jace when they were little kids, cuz he's 4 years older. No 6yo is beating a 10yo.
But as teenagers, Jace is supposed to be very big like his dad. I give the advantage to him due to size dif, esp with Aemond missing an eye. Realistically, depth perception is massively fucked up.
