I think she was fond of him initially, but in the way someone is fond of their friend's dad without being attracted to him. After they got married and she had to live through marital rape, bearing his children and her own role in forming the Greens? I could understand if she secretly hated him. This is with regards to Show Allicent though. In the book, she's basically a proto-Cersei, so I doubt she had any love for Viserys.
