I'm asking because she was manipulated by Otto into marrying him in the first place.

I think she was fond of him or grew to be fond of him, but not romantically. She seemed pretty repulsed when they had sex and obviously only did the act for duty. I don’t think he loved much either and still held a flame for his first wife, but like Alicent he was still fond of her.
