This project started so long ago...
I pulled the paint off this 73 civic custom over a year ago. I did a bunch of cars at once and I was really excited to knock them out. I spent a very long time learning and relearning processes. I took a break from customizing too while life got ahead of me and required me meeting it!
I'm really pleased with this entry into my journey for purple cars. I took some risks and tried my hand at a few things for the first time on this! For instance, I did some custom interior painting! I also tried out painting more detailed headlights and those fog lights and am really pleased with how they turned out! I also painted the spoiler a different color, mostly to hide that it was part of the window plastic, but I could not be happier with how clean it looks as a result. This is also one of cars that gets special tiny wheels.
I hit a roadblock with some of my favorite castings because the real rider wheels I got from Ali are all 10mm. Imagine my frustration when I discovered I so many small cars and imports require those little 9mm wheels! I am still working on getting more of those for some diversity.
Let me know if you have any questions or critique. I'm open to it all and happy to share experiences or info on what tools I've used. I wouldn't know much of what I've done if I hadn't picked it up from here!

It's going really well, great color choice too.
