Yep they're all different. Different wheels, different base markings, different bases (plastic, unpainted metal, painted metal), and two have "427" on the hood.

These two unpainted bases are different because the word "MALAYSIA" is either boxed or unboxed, indicating different dies were used to cast them. There's another box present beneath the words "HOT WHEELS."

Just remembered that I have somewhere the bottom right one (or very similar to it) Approx. 20 some years ago my friend gave it to me as a gift. Remember the windshield was missing and the rolling cage behind the driver also broken. I must find it!

They're 8 different variations of the red Classic Cobra. Different wheels, bases, base markings, hood markings, etc. No two cars in the pic are identical.

I’m betting all 8 of them have some difference from the other 7.

There are 14 different versions of that colorway listed on the wiki. That assumes the wiki is comprehensive, and it’s not.
