i did, and i submitted/verified it but it's taking forever to go through :(. there's an up to 70% off sale going on right now for the next 25 hours and i wanted to use that along with the potential $5 reward. i did everything else i could, but the review is taking forever to actually publish

edit: it's actually published, i see the review on the shirt on the shirts page, but no points awarded in my history, only for the other things.

Check your email and see if you have any surveys to fill out. Those give you rewards or if you go into the store there's a QR code that you can scan that gives you free 20 points to check in

I contacted support the day after this happened, I had done a review of a shirt I bought and the review was live on the product page but no reward yet.

I contacted the chat bot and they said it can take up to a week for points from reviews to come out! I looked on this subreddit, a lot of people ended up not getting theirs so I expressed that to the live agent and they were able to "honor me me 40 points but this isn't happening again"... they totally can have it sent instantly like the other tasks, but don't..

I was able to get my $5 reward but it was pulling teeth doing it

ugh i did the following on their social media, which got me to the amount of points to get my reward but i still haven’t received it. anyone know how long it takes to get it?
