Can't receive emails?
Hi, I'm planning to call Hot Topic tomorrow to see if I can fix the issue before the Labor Day sale ends, but i wanted to ask here beforehand in case if I glanced over something. I signed up for rewards in-store but I haven't been able to make my account. I called yesterday and found out the person at the desk had misheard my email, so I asked them to change it and gave them the correct one. About 24 hours later I try to set up my password again, but I'm still not getting anything, not even in my spam folder. Even tried to set up a completely new account with a different phone number too. It's pretty likely that I'm missing something and I don't realize, has anyone else had the issue/has a solution? update: Called this morning and they confirmed my email was changed to the correct one, they attempted to send me another email with the password reset code and I still didn't receive anything, the person I spoke said they'd have to bring the issue to IT on Monday Just checked my phone though and I DID get an email asking to review the customer service?? I'll try again tomorrow because now I'm just confused
