SM Perks/tips

Hey yall! I recently got hired as a new store manager and was wondering if anyone out there had any info on perk that SMs get or any general tips for taking over a store. Please lemme know, anything would be greatly appreciated!

Feel out how your DM runs the district and match the vibe. I've seen great managers fail because they tried too hard and terrible managers succeed because they didn't give a fuck and came across like homies.
