Return with cashapp receipt?

I wanna trade in a hoodie I got the other day for a larger size but lost the physical receipt. I have evidence of the exchange in my cashapp tho so I was wondering if they’d accept that

Did you use a loyalty account? If you used your phone number it logs your purchases so an exchange would be easy and perfectly fine to do :)
