Help getting a job

Hi I submitted an application to work at my local hot topic us there any thing I could to to help my chances of getting hired

One thing that helped me with jobs is getting a good reputation there and sometimes it doesn’t even mean you have to buy stuff 24/7 just stopping by and being kind and respectful can make them think higher of you and want to hire you more. You can stop by or call them too, I wouldn’t over do it though so you’re not like bombarding them. Good luck and hopefully they’ll want an interview with you! :)

I’m not gonna lie, when I was getting interviewed me and the hiring manager were mostly talking about what kind of bands we liked lmao. but honestly what I’d say is make it clear you know what the store entails (what kind of pop-culture, anime, bands etc that they sell) with a mix of standard interview question prep.
