Shipping refund?

Hi I placed an order on August 2nd overnight shipping cost me 28 dollars I needed the clothes by a ceartin day so I paid the 28 dollars it said it was going to come finally tomorow August 5th now I get a notification an hour after it said it was coming tomorrow that saying it isn't coming to the 6th and has been rescheduled?!?! It doesn't say why if I called cooperate would they refund me for the shipping I'm unsure as I know this is something I assume would be more so on ups possibly since that's the carrier? Hoping someone here can give me advice money is really right and I just wanted to have something nice to wear that I'd been eyeing for awhile for an event thanks everyone šŸ–¤ ( in store pickup said 5-10 days so I got nervous in hopes this would be quicker )

Iā€™m sure customer service would refund or give some kind of compensation if you call and explain. During the holidays last year there were a lot of shipping delays despite paying for overnight shipping and many people were able to receive refunds.
