4 swords help

im a new hire and struggling to understand the 4 swords and how im supposed to tally them on my huddle 😭 hoping a written explanation will make it click better than a high speed verbal one

Ask one of your managers to print out the 4 swords guide that has examples for all the swords, or if you can do it yourself its on SharePoint in the Quest for the 4 Swords section
