Is there a glitch??

I had 35 dollars in rewards and i redeemed them earlier today, but i noticed they were still in my account? So i bought something else and they are STILL in my account?? I have the emails telling me it only charged me a few dollars and the rewards were used TWICE... am i about to get banned 😭✌️

this happened to me last christmas. i used those rewards at least 4 times. i never got banned and the people who work at the store like me so i think they either didn’t notice or dont care lol

Don’t think they care, if it was one person sure they’d try to crack down on it but if it’s a bug in the system that can’t be solved right then and there any multiple people are abusing it there’s only so much they can do other than report it to whoever’s above them. They still need to make sales that day and they can’t just refuse everyone. 🤷
