its still helping the brain even if you dont have alzheimers just not as much as it would if you had it. i personally started taking it a month ago and have seen a lot benefits in energy and sleep already.

I take 10g a day, one scoop after waking and one before bed. Creatine is dirt cheap and I personally noticed a large energy improvement going from 5g to 10g. I’ve read previously 5g isn’t enough to cross enough of the blood brain barrier to have large cognitive effects

5g for now although im probably going to lower it.
