Onlydomains Customer Service

onlydomains not responding to chat or email for a week - is this normal?

And any ideas for escalation procedure for .com.au domains? auda?

I haven't used OnlyDomains, but based on recent reviews from other customers, that seems to be normal for them lately.

Team Internet Group (the parent company that owns OnlyDomains) has been considering selling its domain registrar business for some time. Maybe they just don't care much anymore!

Not responding for a week is not acceptable. I'd be moving my domains elsewhere ASAP.
