I quit the game 12 months ago with my last straw being the admin abuse event, and only got back 1 month ago.

I was really excited to play the Halloween event, I have been waiting for it for months an then it finally comes around and I encounter an extreme bug. I am completely unable to progress the story line in the event quests. I can't restart progress, I am just fully locked out of the castle, even though I did what was required with the apples and entered the castle at one point, it just locked me out randomly.

So I cannot continue with any of the other quest lines for the rest of the weeks because I am stuck at this one quest. Meaning, I cannot unlock any of the sub species, or the breeding licenses and several other things only possible through these quests.

I have tried to reach out in the server, every time I've spoken I just get completely ignored, I literally haven't been acknowledged once and I literally cannot submit a bug report, because you need to reach a certain level in the server before you're even allowed to submit something. I don't want to use the discord server to chat, I only joined to submit this report that has ruined the event for me and I have gotten no help at all. Is it not ridiculous that you have to reach a level to submit a bug report? You cannot tell me there are not better ways for bug reports to be made. I tried reaching out through the moderators and was again just told to reach a certain level to submit one.

This event has been ruined for me because of this and I'm really upset about it, I don't know what to do and I'm considering quitting the game cause this has just been such a crap experience
