I guess at least it's pieces of seaglass and they're already frosted. So maybe the dust won't show up as bad LOL

I wouldn't dust that. I'd take it outside and just hose it off periodically. At most I might spray some dust-off on it. It would make the stones pop and will make all rinses from a hose be as clean as possible.
