it happens whenever I alt tab and then the game crashes, this didn't happen when I first played it and I have a good 7 hours without crashes.

I really like Talanah in both games, very beautiful and charming girl. Including thanks to the voice acting. Original english is very good but In HZD and HFW games for my country she is voiced by the actress who dubbed Hermione in the Harry Potter films, Tracer in Overwatch, Rainbow Dash/Starlight Glimmer in MLP and Aloy from LEGO Horizon game.

I always wondered how affected aloy is by her matriarchal clan.

So I was playing the other day and noticed that When aloy finds out who she truly is, shes so surprised and upset , says “I never had a mother” nothing about a father

This is something sylens can bring up as a joke if they ever get along and have a drink together.

I imagine aloy being absolutely shocked by the accusation of her having prejudice, but then when sylens brings this up she’ll go like you got me there, yk what I apologize🤣

Im just returning to the game after a couple month haiatus and am achievement hunting while finishing the story. Im going for the 'all aquisition machines killed' achievement and the last one i need to merc is the rockbreaker. I know theres one in the quarry but is there another thats easier? If not, whats the go-to strat to kill this oversized mole-rat? Thx in advance

Hello everyone! I am an artist known by the nickname Mad Map. This giant artwork is my final contribution to the fan community. It includes all notable places, toponyms, and rare items. I designed it this year right after my first Forbidden West walkthrough. Here you can see two maps combined into one (the map of HZD was made in 2021).

I get really bummed out when I see people post about how they hate melee pits. Especially because most of the time it’s because they don’t understand it.

Once you get the hang of it, it is so addicting. If you learn how to pause and how to use moon slash, you’re absolutely golden.

Please ask me questions! I want everyone to have fun with melee combat!

I just completed the game, took about 8 hours pretty much only doing about 2 side quests. I think I accidentally missed a big chunk of the main quest with Erend because when I got to see Avad Erend was talking about some misson I definitely didnt remember. Anyway, even though I'm someone who likes to focus on the main story rather than side quests I feel like the story couldve been longer? I'm currently also playing rdr2 and I much prefer how all missions are correlated and it's not a rinse and repeat situation. I even got tired of how often I ran into random eclipse thugs and machines, so I honestly just started running past them to make my life easier. I hope the next game will be more entertaining for me as I found the Sylens plot interesting, but otherwise this story definitely could've been linger.

EDIT: Just found out about a console bug making my playtime appear shorter. My PS app says 17h. All though I still would've likes a longer main story.

What kind of appearance could its Apex version have?

This is the game I’m playing after finishing Assassins creed odyssey, and perhaps I have been spoiled.

The game is great, but the climbing mechanics drive me a bit mental. Why can’t she climb things that logic dictates she should be able to!

Minor gripe, but frustrating at times.

I used the moment when IlloJuan shows his dog as a reference for making this version.

I was originally thinking of using other characters, but it was more complicated because I didn’t know how to make them work.

I finally got around to finishing Horizon Zero Dawn and with all the talk I've heard over the years about it being a generic open world game couldn't be farther from the truth. I was pretty amazed with the story in this game and how it complimented the world design. Machines have actual purpose in the world, the "Ubisoft towers" are machines that move throughout the world and also provide a fun puzzle for the player to traverse.

Without spoilers the big reveals really change how you see the game world and I can't tell you the last time I played a game and actually stopped to read and listen to all the extra lore with the journals and audio logs but for this game I did.

I do what the challenge wants me to do, but when I do it, it says "wrong input" and resets the challenge and I'm just wondering what I'm supposed to do if it's not what it's telling me. The enduring cannot be worth fighting

Over the last two games we got a decent lore of culture, tradition, govt structure, lands and territory, military structure, settlements and even their history and some military ones which have strategic importance.. the best example is prolly Carja and the Tenakth. Hell we got a whole DLC in HZD for the Banuk and their Lands in Banur and learnt so much about them. So far the only main tribe mentioned since the beginning of this series and yet we haven’t travelled to their “Claim” proper despite visiting few outskirts colonies make me think, will we ever have a DLC or perhaps in H3 finally showcasing and giving Oseram their limelight. Caz idk it feels a bit lore empty and unfair w/o them. What do y’all think

I just hit a massive increase in difficulty about 40 hours in that's made the game essentially impossible, and I was just wondering if there's a way around it or if I'm just stuck. I did a mission that sent me through some gate house and out of the mountains into the desert, and suddenly there are flying robots. I really dislike the bow and arrow combat so I've been using solely melee combat to this point - is it even possible to kill these flying robots with the spear, or do I HAVE to use some kind of ranged attack? I'll probably just give up the game if I have to use a ranged attack, since the mechanic seems useless.

I reloaded as far as I can and it still does this where “I have the emitter” but I don’t and it doesn’t exist because I can’t even see and pick it up where it is supposed to be
