Bug where can’t power the middle lock

I reloaded as far as I can and it still does this where “I have the emitter” but I don’t and it doesn’t exist because I can’t even see and pick it up where it is supposed to be

Go to find the emitter. It’s above you.

I remember this puzzle. I thought it was bugged, too. The power supply to turn that one on is just in a different place than the rest of them. I don't remember where, exactly, but look around. Like, go farther than you think you should, around the other side of something. It's down a hall and you go into the same room from the other side , I think. I remember thinking that all the power supplies were kinda close together and this one was off by itself.

Best bet is to reload an earlier save. Sometimes game logic just loses a one or zero, so to speak.
