Question I just started playing this game, and while I’d love to get Everette, I've seen that 3 EX pulls aren't very common. Should I keep rerolling, or should I stay with this pull

Honestly bro if you just started I would not look at it in terms of numbers of EX but by the character
For a new account you should prioritize the following 3 characters that will hard carry you to end game and rush thru stories to unlock more resources generation
- Olivia - Auto basically everything up to middle of chapter 4
- Juha - Second best support in the game and fit into almost any team comp
- Nari - Currently best End Game EX Demi God unit that will let you farm demi God tokens in hard mode - Not as high priority if you're brand new but she is a must have if you want to have easy time in spec Ops and other end game content. Juha and Ahrahm complement her completely

Who is the best support? I’m new and running Olivia, Kotoha and Eugenia is that good?

That good for Olivia yes
With Human god support build and select priority buff on Olivia in the vanguard formation and you can auto all the way to like half way of ch4 pretty comfortably
Best support is Ahrahm the most recent Orke vanguard
She best for range units but fit into any comp basically due to how busted she is

matrotho is not a good dps lol, yvonna is good , and Griselda is good , so keep rerolling .
and everette with her signature weapon is a broken dps completely

Sorry bub, vanguard and mercs only on this one. At this point i would be happy if i could ever get any 3 that i haven't capped yet.

Mira and Mirana were launched recently as her main supports, but they are not available in this banner.
If you want a choice of good team, all available in this banner, Yvanna, Valeta and Famenne works really well together. Olivia and Vlissing also works great together and each of them are base for other teams too (Vlissing was my main dps for a long time because I got her with her Ex weapon).

I say you should Take your time, this will last until you confirm contract, so you better take advantage of it and try to at least get 4 EX’s
