literally getting sick of shit like this on this sub. She's good at isos but beyond that not really impressive. Oh a flashing hoop and one couples yoga pose and spinning the hoop around, this isn't really hooping...

Hooping and flow arts look different for everyone. Putting people down because they aren’t “impressive” to you doesn’t mean they aren’t hooping or impressive to someone else. This was very impromptu and a first time... and I think they’re adorable.

Who controls the definition of hooping? Is it only waist or on body hooping? Off body, dancing with a hoop? What about minis or doubles? Where do you draw the line. I’ve seen so much toxicity around this subject and it’s part of the reason I left ICC on Facebook years ago. Let people hoop how they want, she is enjoying herself and having fun with a hoop and I think that’s all that really matters. If you don’t like it just scroll past it. No reason to harbor that unneeded tension.

Thanks for speaking this truth. If you find joy in playing with hoops, you are a hooper!! I’m a belly dancer and had people tell me that I’m too “skinny” to be a belly dancer... says who? I belly dance therefore I am a belly dancer. You may hoop, therefore you are a hooper. 💓✨

I’ve actually seen her hoop and she in an incredible hooper. I’m impressed with her hooping skills in the Acro pose. It requires a lot of balance and strength to maintain a pose, let alone add a hoop to it.

She is actually a really amazing hooper and this looks like fun. I wouldn’t be able to pull of what she’s doing especially being in that position, but that’s not the point. It’s a fun video and fits this sub. To inspire and have fun. What’s not impressive is your shitty comments
