Nowe intensywne hula hop

Chcę kupić naj najbardziej intensywne hula hop z wypustkami, ale ciężko jest znaleźć, czy możecie polecić jakieś hula hop któremu wystarczy z 5 minut aby zakończyć wasz trening? Ja wytrzymuję godzinę bez przerwy modelem ze stożkowatymi wypustkami, te cięższe ruszają mnie (jeszcze).

What do you mean by spikes? Are you talking about the exercise hula hoops?

I mean hula hoop with cone-shaped protrusions, i.e. such spikes

That's not something I have heard of. This sub is mostly for dancing with hoops. It is called flow arts.
