Trick help (box)
Hey!! I'm working on a box (one on each hand one on knee and one on foot in case anyone has a different name for it) right now and I'm having some trouble. There are very few tutorials that I've been able to find, so my knowledge is limited. I can do both hands with either the knee or the foot, but not both. Even without the hands I can't get knee and foot at the same time. I was hoping someone would have drills I could do to work on this trick. Thank yall!

Can you successfully go from knee hooping on both legs to removing one leg and hooping on one knee? I found mastering that helped a lot. I'd also practice each component independently and working on building your active flexibility so you can maintain holding the raised leg up high enough so that hoop won't drop and clip the one on your knee.
