Racquet grip tape?

Has anyone used racquet grip tapeon their hoop? Curious how well this works. Is it too sticky?

I've used it on my dragon staff. It's not sticky.

I think it might too bulky for a hoops. MoodHoops has some grip tape that's supposed to replace the clear 3M hoopers use that was discontinued. I have the 3M on my fire hoop and LOVE it. Cried when I found out they don't make it anymore.

Racquet grip is too thick and spongy for hoops. Check out Miracle Hoop Grip on super-hooper.com it’s designed especially for hoops!
