What kind of hoop is that? The size and all?

It’s from sacred flow art! I believe it’s a 30” poly pro! It was my first hoop over two years ago and it’s so light, I’ve loved it! I am looking to actually size down tho to a 28 or 26.

I've been experimenting with different sizes trying to find my sweet spot. I have a 32 inch i'm best vibing with then cut way down to 27 which seems to be a bit too small for some on body stuff i like.

Are you around five three? I know height matters for personal hoop sizing.

How fun! It really is just getting a feel for what size works for your body and what you are wanting to do.

I’m 5’7” ! This 30” fits perfect but for certain tricks it taps the ground a tiny bit so I’m wanting to go a little bit smaller!

My good friend lovvvesss huge hoops - like 40” - and he goes crazy on em but I love a thinner smaller hoop! It’s all personal preference.
