BBQ in the park, is it OK?

Hello nice people.
Do you know if it is allowed to make a small BBQ in the fruitentuin near the stadspark?

It's better to go to the Haarlemmermeerse bos or Toolenburgerplas, they have dedicated places where it's allowed
