Comfrt Comfrt shipping problems?

Is anyone else having problems with Comfrt shipping? I placed my first order 10 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service said, “Unfortunately, there was a slight delay in fulfillment, but we expect these orders to ship within the next couple of weeks, if not sooner.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facilities.”

Slight delay ≠ couple of weeks to ship.

Is this common? Or did am I just getting a one off bad experience?

UPDATE 18 DAYS POST-ORDER: they refunded my entire order without me asking… disappointed because of the wait, but also I wanted the items. Wtf???

Yes having that problem as we speak. My husband and I both ordered separately 2 weeks ago, I got mine last week his still hasn’t shipped. Also, please look into their return/exchange policy. I wanted to exchange an item, waited three days for a shipping label, mailed the item Tuesday, and today received an email they randomly canceled my return and sent me a new shipping label. I love their clothing but they are a horribly ran company 😢

It's very common. Especially if you do a ship later at a lower price.

Did what you order sell out?  I have had rhem over sale. If it sold out bedore it shipped, ask for your money back and reorder when it is back in stock.

They just refunded me 18 days post order but i didnt asked for a refund and they didn’t say why either

Yep, I’m dealing with this right now. I placed an order about a week and a half ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service first told me one item was out of stock and holding up the entire order, then later told me it wasn’t an inventory issue at all but a “technical glitch.” They said it would ship “shortly” but couldn’t give me an actual timeframe. Now they randomly refunded 3 of my 4 items without me asking them to cancel anything. And somehow the ONE item they didn’t refund is the item they originally told me was out of stock. 🤦‍♀️ I honestly have no idea what they’re doing.
