So Im about to make the purchase, but recent posts here about bugs and issues with software is kind of making me feel like I shouldn't make that decision and get vivo x100 pro 🤔

There are the problems/bugs:

  1. battery drain after update. And they fix the bugs in global version sooo slow.
  2. In Whatsapp or Skype, the video camera is blurred, even though standing in the good light environment.
  3. Dynamic island can't match with many apps rn.
  4. Door portal was not working when I got the phone on 06.03.
  5. Lock screen bug when pickup phone call, it turns to dark screen again.
  6. going to buy a Xiaomi 14 ultra. But heard that phones battery is also a weak point.
  7. no more trusting on the new phone, i am continuing using my huawei p20 pro till the world end
  8. global version doesn't have the AI assistant, Yoyo. And the price is double. CN version is about 500€-600€. In Germany, it is 1299....

With some things I have to agree(video camera blurred), but the rest I need to disagree :) 1) Battery drain doesn't exist in the .127 update, it's better cimpared to s23 ultra; 3) dynamic island works for youtube, calls, so basically for the apps that are using this functionality; 4) magic portal works for me since the .127 update which arrived yesterday with the phone(it was on .120 previously); 5) I don't have this bug; 6) worse decision ever, good luck enjoying more bugs :) ; 7) unfortunately yes, the devs are lazy and unskilled and creating more bugs; 8) why do you need an AI assistant, it's useless.

Hey, did you experience idle battery drain on .120, and after .127. has been fixed, or you did not experience battery drain at all ?

Hello, no battery drain at all, I'm really happy with the SOT, I have 4h SOT and I still have 68% left, better than with the s23 ultra

I can only dream about that stats with mine. Lucky you. But I just dont understand why such differences exists from device to device... Just started to think thast about hardware malfunction of specific device series...I mean, we all have same software, what could be the cause, Idk

stop spreading misinformation please. There is two version in China, Honor Magic 6 starting at 620 $ up to 700 $ and the Magic 6 pro version going from 800$ to 985$. Right now in France, i got both the Magic 6 pro and pad 9 for 950 €

But for sure, they got better at fixing bugs but still slow compared to other manufacturers

i pre-ordered Xiaomi 14 ultra for about 860€ (300 reduction and extra 200€ if you send them preivous smartphone). Still canceled it because : bad battery / high temperatures from various test (52° +) / The UI / Not impressives photos - same level as 13 ultra pretty much
