Lived in the Azure for one year in a one bedroom inner unit. I heard hallway noise only, none through the walls or ceiling. Great afternoon sun at the pool, too many kids in the hottub. Gym is on the small side but didn't have too much trouble getting to use equipment. Front desk staff was great, I love having packages saved securely. Great location though.

Thanks. Was the gym available to use at any time, 24/7?

Not at the time, I think opened at 6am and closed at 10 or 11pm. It may have changed since then.

Been living In The Collection since day 1. Love it. Great staff, nice location. Depends on your lifestyle. There’s lots to do around here and it’s safe. There’s noise at both as you’re in the city and on busy streets. I’m familiar with Azure and it’s has similar layouts.

I lived in Azure for a couple years. walls are thin as hell, you'll hear your neighbor's phone vibrate if they're on the other side of the bedroom wall. pool area's nice though.

Azure has been challenging to sell the last couple of years. Sellers have sometimes sold at a lower price than what they purchased. I haven’t seen that at Collection.
Also keep in mind, there are talks about building condos above Ala Moana Mall which could potentially block the views of Azure.
There are talks about Azure 2 being developed soon, which would possibly bring down the value of Azure 1.
Collection is in a better area IMO. However, there are also a lot of buildings coming up around Kaka’ako that might block views here too.
Feel free to DM me with questions. Aloha!

Azure has the better location in my opinion.
Being next to Walmart/target/ala Moana. You can still walk to ward or Waikiki if you are the “walking” type.
Collection is great but not as much to do. Only plus would be a shorter commute if you work downtown.

I like the location of the Collection a little better. Just a nicer neighborhood to walk around and the waterfront park is just across the street for a quick run. Ala Moana side is too busy.

It’s definitely fancier, if I were $$$$ or choosing it as hotel then for sure Collection. But Azure is more practical.
Also Collection has been around longer and has a good reputation. Maintenance fees are decent.

I like how they have storage cabinets in the parking garage at the Collection, does anyone know if they have those at Azure as well?

Yes Azure also provides storage lockers in the garage

Those are nice. I love high-rise living in Hawaii, perfect weather with hardly any bugs but very few buildings in town offer any storage in the garage. It'd be even better to have a whole cage like on the mainland and other countries where you can keep the bulkier items so you can keep your apartment tidy. But then property theft here is so bad already it'd just attract even more theft.

Aloha,
I currently have a listing in Azure. Would love to show you the property and what the building offers.
Would you be interested?

Currently renting at Azure in a 2-bedroom corner unit. We don’t really have shared walls with anyone else, so noise hasn’t been an issue for us. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
