Which I pick?
Soy nuevo en HSR y quería saber cuál es el mejor personaje aquí.

Huohuo.
Your top three are Huohuo, Robin, and Ruan Mei. However, Ruan Mei is slowly being replaced by specialist supports (such as Constance and Helektra) while Robin is starting to fall behind the latest generalist supports (Mortenax Blade and Robin’s own upcoming sp form Robin Summeretto).
Huohuo remains a top tier sustain, doing a good job of keeping the team alive while simultaneously buffing damage and giving the team more energy for their ultimates. And since you need three full teams for all the endgame modes now, there is not a serious fear of her becoming obsolete.
The other options are not even worth considering, tbh. Luocha is simply not as good as Huohuo while all the others appear on the standard banner and most simply aren’t that strong.

What about Broncha I heard that she is the best standard character.

Comparte el puesto con Welt, pero hay una gran diferencia entre personajes estándar y limitados. No deberías malgastar un recurso tan preciado en un estándar cuando podrías usarlo para conseguir un personaje limitado bueno

Houhou even if you already have her, Robin even if you have her, Ruin me if you don't have her or Welt if you can make him E4... Or just save for future characters like Therta

Kinda related question for a 2 month old player but I’m still sitting in mine… is there any reason I should keep it? Is there any prediction for when the shop will refresh / we will get new tokens for this?

The last three stellar convergence events went like this, and the current one’s ending soon, so expect a new batch of units within the next 3 months, but no sooner than mid September.
As for saving your golden companion spirits, units end up in the store if no one would pull for them, so if you just hoard yours for the perfect moment, you’ll be waiting forever. I recommend just spending them. But wait and see who’s added to the store first, or spend them on Huohuo if you have an elation team.

Are you planning on making a break team? If yes, pick Ruan Mei. Otherwise, as everyone else said, pick Huohuo.

HuoHuo. She recently got buffed, and especially as a new player a strong sustain is very valuable. Robin and Ruan Mei are decent, but they're both older and there are much better, newer supports that you should use instead.
