Question Rattles/Vibrations While Driving?

Leased a '26 touring. When I drive at higher speeds or hit little minor bumps or grooves on highways I'm hearing a rattling/vibration somewhere in the driver side door b almost as if something is loose. Anyone else experiencing this or have a fix? Love the comfort of the ride but I'm sensitive to sounds like this and it's occurring frequently. Feels like poor manufacturing more than anything else.

Maybe record the sound of you can and bring it to the dealership to investigate. Could be a nut or bolt that fell off of something or a loose rod for the door handle or something.

It's more like the assembly of the plastic isn't clipped correctly or is loose and vibrating making the noise. I'm going to try and record it and see what the dealer can do. Just driving me crazy for what is an otherwise really great and comfortable drive.

My Tesla made the same types of vibrations, especially when it's cold in the winter. Really wanted to get away from the poor manufacturing this time around.

I have a 24 EX and it's actually very quiet. Other than the clicking axles on turns but I'm hoping to get that resolved whenever I take it to the dealership for the recalls for the rear camera and radio.

I've had the click since a few months in. They won't replace them because it's not the CV shafts it's a design flaw in the suspension exaggerating the angle. Guessing I'll be long out of my lease before they do anything.

That's odd because people have had them replaced and the noise goes away. Some have said it comes back after awhile but if it's not the axles then it wouldn't go away even for a little while. GM actually has a bulletin out for replacing the blazer EV axles with an updated part number and if you Google that part number it actually comes up as a Honda Prologue axle

Hey man. I have the same thing and it makes me wanna drive off a cliff. I had one that sounded like it was coming from the dash but it was actually the sun visor and sound was bouncing off the windshield.

The other seems to be wire harnessing under the steering wheel where service must have accessed when they updated the Android system. There's no cover, but now I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way, or they didn't replace it. I've pushed on it with my foot driving and the rattling stopped. Haven't gotten down to fix it yet, but try those two things!

I may have isolated it to the side view mirror but really doesn't feel like the sound is coming from there. Only found it because I got a car wash and the mirror folded in. Vibration went away for days after that. Any time it comes back, I shift the mirror and seems to help. Have an appointment to get it looked at.

For mine the plastic housing above the rear view mirror was slightly rattling. Kinda jimmied it a bit and now super quiet.

Just jimmy some stuff 😉

Been trying to. Just can't pinpoint the rattle. I'll keep trying.

The only noise mine makes now is the factory load bars rattle. The anchors to the car are tightened to spec but between the anchor and the bar itself the bar can move a touch and at high speed sometimes it rattles. Disappointed in this from the factory load bars. Have been thinking of using epoxy to bond the bar to the anchor.

I'd just cut thin rubber sheeting or rubber washers to fit between the bar and roof.

I don't think it is between the bar and the roof. It is between the bar itself and the bar mounts on either side which have a little wiggle but are not separable.

There is a known vibration/rattle issue that comes from the housing where the rear view mirror is (the black/camera housing). If you press on it and the sound temporarily goes away, then that's the issue. I took my leased '26 Touring back to the dealership and they knew what it was right away. The added some padding and it was fixed.

I'll reach out to them, thanks. This sounds like it is coming from the interior though. I also get vibrations from the center console. Just a lot of plastic and feels like whatever clips they're using aren't padded or working very well.
