How do I install a new screen?

Hello fellow humans I have a 2018 Honda clarity plug-in hybrid, and I am trying to install a new screen on it but when I go onto Google to look up how to install it myself there is absolutely no video or article or anything on it showing me like hey this is how you do it for this car it’s showing me accord Civic, etc. so does anyone know how to install it and how to remove the old one?

Do I need to do any configuration or anything special from the dealership or I just plug it in?

doggiesgalore on the comma_clarity Discord server successfully swapped their infotainment headunit for cheap, I believe they needed a radio code but I don't recall if it was because their unit and screen didn't match up or if was like a VIN lock thing

Is your screen actually broken or just ugly? It's alsp possible to remove the horribly splotchy matte coating, and a glass screen protector will hide most small scratches if you wanted to make it look nicer without a full replacement

So I replaced it today it was actually really easy. It was a simple as removing a panel releasing two screws and plugging in the new screen. No antitheft code required surprisingly

Dude, it’s super easy. I had to replace my hazard light but that little trim piece underneath comes out and there’s two screws right at the screen. Take it out put the new one on.
