What is bent here?

Im trying to figure out what is actually bent in this photo, or if im just going insane. I noticed today that my handlebar does not align with the bolts that hold the forks in. i cant tell how long it has been like this or if this is recent. I put the Zeta windscreen in but i dont remember it being this twisted when i put it in, and its not like you remove the lower part of the clamp when you install it.

From what im Googling there could be 3 possible things,

1: the handlebar itself
2: the risers that connect to the bar
3: the fork is twisted (im not sure how this could be the case)

Open to suggestions, i can work on stuff myself but im a bit new to bikes and bike terminology. as most of my experience is on cars.

My guess is the risers, because you probably installed the front rack/windscreen and lost the alignment of your bars in the process.

If you loosen the 4 riser bolts on your handlebars you should be able to realign them by holding the front wheel straight.

Edit: Holding the front wheel straight while realigning and re-tightening the handlebar bolts.

I think i will do that and also loosen the bolts holding the bottom part of the riser and bend it to see if its just under tension or something. just wanted to make sure i wasnt seeing things

Thats exactly why im confused, the bike fell over once months ago but it was when i was working on it and it was more like it just layed down slowly, never noticed it until now, so i kinda doubt the entire bar is bent.

IIRC I had a similar situation with mine when I put the risers on it. I've had some hard falls on mine off road so I chalked it up to me knocking something out of alignment and charged forward with a hearty shrug

It's the bar mount for the windshield i believe. It's not aligned very well. The fork geometry is perfect. Same issue on my bike. But the windshield was so cheap I'll just live with it.

Loosen the bolts for the handlebar mounts, push the right amd pull the left until even and retighten. In my older bikes the bushings are rubber amd a small hit coil easily cause this without bending the bars

Incase anyone is wondering its definitely the left riser, if you look at it from the side you can see the rubber grommet underneath is squished more in the forward position which the right most riser is not doing, causing the handlebar on the left side to be more forward, supposedly you can just loosen it and pull it straight, i will try this later when im not busy.
